Patrick D. Tole is Chief Financial Officer of Univar.

In 1983, he joined Van Waters & Rogers Ltd., now known as Univar Canada Ltd. During his 19-year tenure there, Mr. Tole held positions as Senior Accountant and Controller. In January 2000, he was appointed Vice President - Finance & Administration.

Mr. Tole earned a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of British Columbia and worked at Thorne Riddell, now KPMG, as a chartered accountant from 1977 through 1983.
